Dear FLC Church Family,
As you know we hit a significant financial snag in the spring, which was threatening the viability of our ministry. We needed $130,000 to take us through the summer and into our new fiscal year which begins Sep. 1.
We met that target in early August, thanks to your generosity and faithfulness. I was blown away by how quickly we met our financial goal. This shows your commitment to Christ’s church and our mission to the community. Once again, thank you for stepping up and helping the church sustain itself in a trying time.
As we begin a new program year, I’m excited by all the opportunities God is providing us with. Our mission to the community is growing stronger, and we are becoming known in Calgary for being a church that makes their faith matter in concrete ways.
Thank you for being part of our church family, and for participating in and supporting our ministry. I look forward to seeing how God will bless us in the coming months as we build on our successes.
