Drop-in for free, one-on-one help to prepare and e-File your 2018 or prior tax returns with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program at the Library.
Eligibility for the program is determined based upon modest income and simple tax situation.
The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program is being offered by First Lutheran Church in partnership with the Calgary Public Library.

SIMPLE TAX SITUATION
The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program cannot file your tax return unless you have a simple tax situation, which means that your income comes from sources which provide tax slips. Examples include: employment, pensions, benefits such as Canada Pension Plan, disability, employment insurance or social assistance, registered retirement savings plans, support payments, scholarships, fellowships, bursaries or grants and interest (under $1,000).
